A tentative booking will be held for a period of 14 days. To confirm a booking you will be required to return your signed terms and conditions along with a deposit of 10% of your wedding package within the 14 day period.
If you have not confirmed your booking within the 14 day period, your tentative booking will be cancelled without notice.
Cancellations
In the event your wedding is cancelled your deposit and any subsequent scheduled payments will be non-refundable unless Management allows otherwise.
Payment Schedule
- Initial deposit of 10% of your overall costs (excl bar tab) paid in full within 14 days of your booking.
- 3 months before 20% of your overall costs (excl bar tab)
- 6 weeks before 50% of your overall costs (excl bar tab)
- 14 days before remaining 20% of overall costs (excl bar tab).
Final guest numbers must be confirmed and any additions also accounted for in the costs.

Guest Numbers
We seat up to approximately 100 guests for a formal sit down menu and up to 150 guests for a cocktail menu.
We do require a minimum booking of 40 guests for a sit down menu and 60 guests for a cocktail menu. Or alternatively for fewer guests a venue hire charge may apply at the discretion of management.
Off Peak Rates
During the months of February, March, April, May and June a 10% discount to your reception package will apply.
Weddings that fall on a Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday will also include a 10% discount to your reception package.
Bar Tab Arrangements & Responsible Service of Alcohol
Bar tabs should be arranged 14 days prior to the occasion and paid in full on the day of the event.
The Rustic Cabin is a fully licensed venue and therefore do not allow guests to bring their own alcohol onto the premises.
Our liqueur licence allows our premise to serve alcohol from 10am until midnight in a responsible manner.
Management reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone including any persons under the age of 18 and who do not provide proof of age on request.
Disabled Access
Access ramps and toilets with facilities for disabled guests are provided.
